How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

- We pack and send out your order the day of via USPS. After we have dropped it off it's all in the hands of the postal office. Make sure you are keeping tabs on the tracking number provided by the postal office. 

How is my order being handled as far as when its getting packed.

- All the merchandised stays together in a cool area to keeps its freshness. When packaging we are taking precautions such as handling the product with gloves and mask. However, if you want to take an extra precautions wash your garments before wearing them according to what the info tags states. 

Do you offer refunds during this time?

- No refunds are accepted until further notice. All orders are final sale. 

How does your pickup work?

- When your order is ready you will either receive a text or email (depends on what you provided) letting you know its ready. Since we are a small home based business the pickup is in a home. If you feels safer having us take it to you in your car please email us (contact@noirandmarron.com) letting us know or message us via instagram (@noirandmarron) LAST PICKUP TIME IS 7PM Monday-Friday.
